The Dosimat Discharging and Batching System has a well established and successful history throughout the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The unit utilizes a patented hygiene cover over a rotating agitator blade to provide consistent and reliable flow of product. The feeder is pneumatically operated, providing a completely safe and highly accurate means of batching powders. The feeder can be attached to hoppers, bag dump stations, bulk bag unloaders, vacuum conveyors, and many other types of process equipment. It can be used in both loss-in-weight and gain-in-weight systems and is inherently vacuum tolerant. It is also fully suitable for CIP.
