Introduced in 1990, the company replaced complex mechanical power with a safe, quiet and efficient conveyor drive effort. By implementing control schemes, it was able to successfully power conveyors performing special tasks such as zero pressure accumulation and sequence release. Driveroll Automation provides one-stop design, development and delivery of all power and control components needed to automate a conveyor system.
It combines the family of motorized rollers and the DriveControl family of control devices designed exclusively for used with 24VDC, 1.9in. diameter Driverolls. Applications include semiconductor cleanroom environments, fast paced order picking systems, circuit board assembly operation, fragile china and crystal handling, and computer controlled mail and parcel sorting systems.
