Overwrapper

Pester USAld is a full overwrapper with a multi-layer stacker. Fully compliant with GMP standards, this overwrapper features a compact and solid modular design; integrated electrical and pneumatic cabinets; PLC control with Lauer operations panel; Mandrel-style film roll holder at an ergonomic height; maintenance- and oil-free operation; and exact temperature control (±1°C). All adjustments appear at one side and one level, and are labeled for fast (15 minutes or less) changeover without tools. In addition to the multi-layer stacker, it can be provided with a variety of other infeeds, such as a product stand-up device.
