Nucon introduces new plastic divider sheets

Nucon Corp. (Deerfield, IL), a manufacturer of plastic material handling products including plastic pallets, has introduced new Plastic Divider Sheets. Designed as an alternative to fiberboard-type materials, Nucon's Plastic Divider Sheets are separators, unit stabilizers and load protectors.

Among the advantages the Nucon Plastic Divider Sheets have over fiber divider sheets is that they are hygienic and washable. They also offer a significantly longer life expectancy. Made of FDA-approved anti-static polypropylene material, the Plastic Divider Sheets are available in a variety of thicknesses.

The Plastic Divider Sheets serve as a cost-effective, integral part of transferring bulk palletized product. In comparison to fiberboard materials, they help users reduce contamination, gain operating efficiencies and improve customer relationships throughout the supply chain.

Moreover, this hygienic sheet is water- and chemical-resistant and meets washability requirements of the food and beverage container, food processing and pharmaceutical industries.

Nucon's Plastic Divider Sheets are available in a range of stock and custom sizes including 44x56-in, 40x48-in and 45x47.5-in. Other options include: printed customer name and bar code identity, thickness range of 0.015-in to 0.20-in, custom colors and custom radius corners.
