PTI Will Showcase New E-Scan HVLD Micro Leak Test System at Interpack in Hall 12, Booth C13-3
PTI Inspection Systems will showcase the new E-Scan 625 HVLD Micro Leak Detection System at the Interpack Show, May 12 – 18, 2011 in Dusseldorf, Germany. PTI Booth is located in the PMMI US Pavilion in Hall 12, Booth C13-3.
PTI has partnered with Nikka USA to promote their HVLD high voltage inspection technology. HVLD is completely non-destructive to the container, is a non-contact, non-invasive test with no sample preparation required. HVLD has proven to be a highly sensitive leak test method for various types of pharmaceutical packaging (pre-filled syringes, liquid filled vials, ampoules, blow-fill-seal containers, liquid filled pouches). HVLD can be used on a wide range of liquid based products, including products with suspensions, emulsions and protein.
The E-Scan 625 is a new offline lab instrument utilizing HVLD technology designed to inspect individual samples for micro leaks and sealing defects. The compact benchtop design is ideal for laboratory testing and R & D purposes.
