The Model MBI-2F Fully Automatic Monoblock Liquid Filling System can run at speeds up to 60 CPM and offers a filling range from 1 ml to 2 oz. with accuracy to +/- ¼%. The monoblock features a unique, compact design and all liquid contact parts are 316L stainless steel. Anodized aluminum and stainless steel are used in other areas of construction to eliminate painted surfaces on the machine.
The unit's unique tip placement and capping stations eliminate the delivery track from the vibratory bowl, a chronic source of component jams. Fill volume changes are made from a key[ad, eliminating the need for tools and mechanical adjustments when changing fill volumes. Optional keyboard setting of bottom up fill nozzle travel and bottom up speed is available to limit tedious and difficult mechanical settings of bottom up fill parameters.
