Mandrel made, molded rubber covered belts, manufactured by Aarubco Rubber Company, provide a high performance consistent-strength, seam-free surface to eliminate problematic belt splice failure that can cause equipment downtime, resulting in loss of production.

Aarubco's manufacturing processes makes it possible to custom fit the type of belt cover needed for the application. Natural rubber, neoprene, nitrile, EPDM, hypalon, sponge, urethane, and silicone cover materials are available in almost any thickness, color, and/or hardness to meet specific requirements. All materials can be fitted to flat, poly-V, or timing belts to produce a continuous belt surface that exhibits consistent flexural strength and can run in any direction.
