Modular Slat Conveyor System-Ambaveyor

An unique concept in conveying.

A flexible belt is guided through a modular frame with a layout customized for the application. Curves, slopes and straights are integrated into a one drive conveyor. Its flexibility, low wear, simple maintenance and high performance make the Ambaveyor an unique multipurpose conveyor suiting most applications effectively.
The frame's construction is modular. The modules can optionally be supplied pre assembled or can easily be fitted on site. The modular design allows for simple assembly and future track modifications as required.
The Ambaveyor is available in three different belt widths: 200, 400, 600 mm (8, 16, 24").
Each single drive conveyor could consist of 35 m (100 ft) straight length, 4x 90° curves, inclines, declines to 30° or a combination of these features.

The heavy duty steel base chain allows high loads up to 35-50 kg/m and 750 kg (1630 lbs) total load per drive.
