The MGC series case packers takes control of the bag the moment it leaves the seal jaws of the bagger. The bag is mechanically tipped onto an infeed conveyor to ensure proper bag placement and alignment. It is then conveyed onto patented bomb bay belts, which index to collate the proper number of bags in a row.

For the high-speed model (MGC-HS), which achieves speeds to 150 bpm depending on pack pattern, the bags are grouped prior to entering the bomb bay belts. When a full row is accumulated the belts swing open and the bags are gently loaded into a loading cassette. The cassette opens and places the bags into a case. This process is repeated until the proper number of layers is precisely loaded into the case.
