The ALPS 110 Series are basic design, low cost leak testers, designed for low speed automatic or manual container testing applications. Each unit utilizes the ALPS Smart Test Module (STM) pressure-decay leak test technology, with different software versions depending on the model.
The ALPS Model SM-110 is a single-station manual leak tester utilizing the ALPS Smart Test Module (STM) pressure-decay test circuit. Features include:
- SM-110B bench-mount or SM-110F floor-standing units
- Base plate, leveling feet and stabilizer wheel for portability (floor-mount unit)
- Start test and reject release pushbuttons
- Custom fixturing available
Typical applications are for slow production rates where additional manual operations are performed on the containers.
