The Bobst SPO-Vision 160 Autoplaten Die-Cutter is the most modern flat-bed, die-cutting technology currently available on the market. It's capabilities include the manufacture of very precise die-cut packaging including small boxes, interior packaging components, and any packaging item that requires a high level of precision and aesthetic properties. The Vision is also equipped with a G-Break separator, which cleanly separates all finished items, resulting in 'ready to use' packaging.
The Bobst Pacific A4 Specialty Folder-Gluer represents Michigan Box's most diverse manufacturing center. The machine has the capability to create a multitude of pre-glued styles, such as: 4 corner boxes, Crash/Auto-Lock boxes, Irregular Straight-Line boxes, Infold and Outfold Trays, as well as other boxes that require special gluing, enabling easy assembly for the end user.
In addition to the Specialty Folder-Gluer, the company has added a Tecasa Alpha 38x94 2-Color Flexo-Folder-Gluer to its repertoire. The device doubles their ability to manufacture standard shipping boxes and is equipped with a vacuum transfer system, which ensures precise registration and printing leading to a better looking, better cut box.
Finally, the Rapidex Two-Piece Stitcher/Gluer allows Michigan Box to manufacture very large boxes. These include large bulk bins, pallet-mounted boxes, and specialized large-scale protective shells. The Rapidex can join with glue or stitch wire, and handle single, double and triplewall grades of corrugated cardboard, further extending the capabilities of the organization.
