Curwood has a family of dedicated rollstock films as well as vacuum and M.A.P. packaging machinery for processed meats, such as bacon, franks, and luncheon meats.
Curwood delivers full system support by providing machinery, label options, film supplies, and film and machine service. Curwood machinery includes:
- Royal-Vac 220R is a Semi-Rigid, Thermoform, horizontal form fill and seal (HFFS) machine. This high speed machine is used for semi-rigid, peg board style luncheon meat. The 220R is able to run 120 packages per minute with optional gas flush capabilities.
- The FlexVac 6-18 is a Thermoform, HFFS machine. It is a continuous motion top forming bacon packaging machine, capable of producing 50 packages per minute.
- The Pathfinder is a Thermoform, HFFS machine. It is a die-train HFFS for packaging franks and sliced luncheon meat capable of speeds of 120 packages per minute. This machine also has the option to automate the loading of franks.
