Liquid Dispensing Four Side Seal Packaging Machine

This Liquid Dispensing Four Side Seal Packaging Machine is designed for high speed sterile pouching of medical products. The machine is ideal for any applications where liquid is required to be does into a package during the manufacturing process with production speeds of 100 packs/min. in a single lane format.

With production speeds of 200 packs/min. in a dual lane configuration, the machine offers all the standard quick change features of the Four Side Seal Machine. Accurate, repeatable and "validate-able" operation is assured through the patented construction and independent computer control of each of the five main drive modules (infeed, side seal, cross seal, cut and print). This design ensures that any potential changes in one module do not invalidate the others. The machine's operation is field proven and fully software validated.

The machine is ideally suited for a number of applications including: alcohol or iodine based products, medical and healthcare liquid products, cosmetic and beauty care products. The machine can also be used for inert gas purging to reduce the oxygen levels in the package.
