Leading Edge PrinterApplicator

Convergent Label Technology's Leading Edge Applicator prints and applies labels on-demand eliminating the need for excessive pre-printed label inventory. These units can be equipped with a variety of print engine configurations to print and apply either direct thermal or thermal transfer labels at print speeds up to 10 inches per second. In addition, this fully automatic system eliminates unnecessary labor required to manually apply labels.

The uniquely designed applicator utilizes a swing-arm constructed of a combination of stainless steel and 6061 aluminum providing an excellent balance of both weight and strength. The swing arm also employs a floating applicator head to ensure positive application of every label to the leading edge of a box regardless of whether the surface is flat or uneven. The heavy duty construction of the entire Printer Applicator System is designed to provide you with high volume continuous use for years to come.
