N/Aor collating conveyor greatly reduces conveyor cycling time to increase packaging speeds for kit packaging. The machine can support speeds of up to 60 kit batches per minute. Typical applications include kit packaging of fasteners, hardware, electronic components and retail items.
The conveyor features a redesigned ascent stage from the conveyor to the bagger. A new 90-degree angle reduces cycling time to increase speed and to compliment today's high-speed autobaggers. In this way, the bagger is not waiting for the conveyor to catch up during the packaging process.
