Jim Cummings Named Marquip's Vice-President, Market Development

Timothy J. Sullivan, Barry-Wehmiller Group Executive and Chief Executive Officer of Marquip, announced that Jim Cummings has rejoined Marquip in the capacity of Vice-President, Market Development. Marquip, based in Phillips, Wisconsin, is a leading international provider of high-speed machinery for the corrugated paperboard and folding carton industries. Cummings' decision to return to Marquip was directly influenced by Barry-Wehmiller's acquisition of the company. Cummings formerly worked for Marquip for 27 years in varied positions including Director of Sales, Vice-President of International Sales and Marketing and, just before retiring in February 2000, Vice-President of Marketing. He will work closely with corrugated industry professionals to clarify goals and strategies to develop new technology and services.
