IPL Packaging Awarded "Supplier Of The Year" By Orange Glo International

Saint Damien, QC - IPL Packaging, a North American designer and manufacturer of innovative packaging, has been named "Supplier of the Year" for 2005-2006 by Orange Glo International (OGI), creators of Orange Glo and OxiClean. OGI honored IPL Packaging with this award based on various surveyed subject matters, including annual cost saving opportunities, brand enhancement and service.

"IPL has worked very closely with our creative team to perfect the new OxiClean graphics," stated Kristen Augustad-de-Molina, Director Global Sourcing at OGI. "Their new expanded print coverage design provides a larger billboard for the OxiClean brand name."

The award was presented to Shawn Kraley (IPL Account Manager) and IPL by OGI on August 22, 2006, in Edmundston, NB. "Due to OGI's brand recognition within the marketplace and IPL Packaging's innovation, the relationship between IPL Packaging and OGI has been extremely beneficial for both companies," stated Kraley. "IPL and OGI have worked together to improve OGI's shelf presence."

"IPL has worked diligently to minimize cost increases in the polypropylene market," said Augustad-de-Molina. In 2002, when IPL first partnered with Orange Glo International, IPL was producing OGI's 9.25 and 12.0 pound OxiClean tubs for Sam's Club and Costco. In 2005-2006 IPL began producing 3.5 and 6.0 pound tubs for various retail locations. "IPL is quickly able to respond to spikes in demand on all variations of OxiClean tubs," continued Augustad-de-Molina.
