The In Line Ionizer combines in line compressed air delivery with ionization to neutralize static charge buildup on a variety of materials. Applications include use on sheet-fed presses to flutter and pick up sheets, promotion of label application, cleaning and static removal of plastic bottles, prevention of material jams on sealing and packaging industry machinery, and printing industry collators.

The ionizer installs within the existing compressed air line and features internal shockless emitter points for safe operation. One-quarter inch inlet/outlet connectors are standard, with additional sizes also available. The system is powered by an S165 Power Supply. Up to six ionizers may be powered from one power supply. Seven feet of high voltage cable is standard, with custom lengths also available.
