Introduction to AmTopp Concentrates

AmTopp's Concentrates plant is a high-quality color concentrate, additives, and compounding facility for the plastics industry. We have the capability to service both commodity and high tech specialty applications. These applications include oriented and cast processes, sheet and profile extrusion, blown film, blow molding, and injection molding for the thermoplastics market.

Product Line

At our state-of-the-art Concentrates facility in Lolita, Texas, we produce additive and color concentrates, pre-color compounds, filled polymers, and custom designed combination concentrate packages.

We use both twin-screw extruders and continuous mixers to produce our quality color and concentrate additives. This combination of equipment gives us the versatility to manufacture custom-tailored and commodity products to meet a broad range of needs.

Capacity

We currently have the capacity to produce 70 million pounds per year, with plans to increase our capacity in the near future.

Quality Assurance

Quality assurance is a top priority at AmTopp Concentrates. We are committed to providing consistent, top quality products to our customers. Quality and performance testing on all raw materials and finished products is done in our 7,500 square foot full-service laboratory. Our sophisticated lab and skilled technical staff give Concentrates the capability to do intensive quality testing and auditing prior to, as well as during, production runs.
