Intermittent Motion Heat Seal System

The HS-200 Intermittent Motion Heat Seal System conserves valuable plant space by allowing both film sealing and board-lid crimping on a single line. Also, by minimizing setup and changeover times, the system provides manufacturers the flexibility to rapidly react to marketplace demand. The multipurpose machine runs plastic, aluminum, and paperboard containers at speeds of 60 containers per minute. Both a single line and double line version is available.
