The placement system features patented rotating pockets that accommodate a wide range of shapes and sizes of plastic, glass or aerosol containers. The system's unique container/puck handling design insures 100% placement of containers into puck.

The monoblock frame can provide plastic container unscrambling, air rinsing, bottom coding, puck alignment and container insertion all accomplished on a common frame, thus reducing floor space requirements. The unit's multiple pockets reduce operational speeds, thereby creating optimum gentle handling of the most delicate of container finishes. Various puck infeed configurations are available to fit most line layouts.

The unit can operate at speeds up to 300 cpm depending on machine frame size, container shape and container size. The system is used extensively in the personal health care/cosmetics industry, but could have applications elsewhere.
