On Display at the Intralox Booth at PacEx '03: ALONG WITH THE NEW BELTS, INTRALOX HAS DEVELOPED EZ RETROFIT components consisting of wearstrips and clamp-on units for both straight running and radius applications, for various belt surfaces. The combination of belts and easy-to-install retrofit components enable customers to convert worn out roller conveyors into a high performance Intralox equipped conveyors.

ROLLER TOP BELTS - offer low back pressure accumulation capabilities along with reduced maintenance and other modular plastic belt advantages. They are significantly quieter than standard roller conveyors and more operator friendly. Acetal rollers are built into the top surface of durable, heavy-duty Series 400 and Series 800 belt modules.

RADIUS BELTS - allow operation of a single, continuous conveyor line in straight or turning applications. Productdamaging transfer points are eliminated, valuable floor space is conserved and construction cost is reduced. Radius belts with friction tops combine curves with incline/decline applications.

FRICTION TOP BELTS - combine the benefits of modular plastic with the grip of a rubber top surface. Available in a variety of surfaces and rubber placement configurations. Series 1400 Friction Top is Intralox's strongest friction top - for heavier products and higher impact applications.

FLAT TOP, FLUSH GRID AND RAISED RIB BELTS: - provide a wide range of belt pitch, open area, and strength for all your glass, plastic, can and box packaging needs. From the lightest, most difficult to handle packages to the heaviest and most bulky.
