Inland Announces Senior Management Changes

Inland Paperboard and Packaging, Inc. (Indianapolis, IN), a wholly owned subsidiary of Temple-Inland Inc. (Diboll, TX), has realigned its senior management group. All those affected by the changes will report directly to Inland's chairman and CEO, William B. Howes, who made the announcement this week.

Bart J. Doney will serve as executive vice president, packaging group, responsible for the company's corrugated packaging operations. Doney has been with Inland since 1986, most recently as senior vice president.

Ted A. Owens will assume responsibility for strategic projects. He has been part of Inland's paper operations since 1976, most recently with responsibility for paper mill operations.

James C. Foxworthy has been named executive vice president, paperboard group, with responsibility for Inland's six kraft paperboard mills. Foxworthy, formerly a senior vice president, has been with Inland since 1992.

Michael H. Sullivan will serve as chief financial officer of Inland. Sullivan has been with the company since its acquisition of the Rand-Whitney Packaging Corporation in 1994.
