The Fill-Air inflatable packaging system provides a continuous, perforated chain of air-filled cushions and is designed for workstation and on-line void fill packaging applications. Compact rolls of formulated tubular material are converted into air-filled cushions. These clean and lightweight cushions reduce shipping costs and present a neat and professional package to customers.

The product also saves on warehouse space. One compact 10-in. roll yields up to 375 cu. ft. of dunnage, equivalent to 28, 14 cu. ft. bags of loose-fill. The company will also exhibit its line of Stratocell Plus foam and film laminates, designed for a wide range of high-efficiency cushioning applications where extra strength and durability are required.
