In-Line Screw Capper

The NRK-400 automatic in-line screw capping machines for food and other harsh environment applications are manufactured for 304 or 316 Stainless Steel and are totally "washdown" capable. The unit can be equipped for applying both lug and screw caps with steam heat in the cap chute and steam injection for vacuum packaging. They feature the patented Gripper Chains with shape hugging molded rubber blocks for positive container support (mandatory for such applications as "hot pack" or "soft" plastic containers).

The cappers are designed for the medium speed capping application, can apply caps at speeds up to 300 containers/min. depending on cap size. The capper is offered with both the traditional vertical "pin dial" style hopper and with the HES floor level bulk hopper elevator/sorter. The hopper is especially advantageous for large caps over 53mm.
