EastPack Show Floor: Fin Seal Wrapper Ideal for Entry-Level

Ilapak Inc. (Newtown, PA) introduced it new Carrera 1000 PC fin seal wrapper at EastPack. The electronic horizontal unit is aggressively priced at $54,900, making it suitable as an entry-level machine for small- to mid-size companies.

Ilapak's Carrera 1000 PC fin seal wrapper is capable of speeds to 200 packs per/min.

Standard features on the Carrera 1000 PC include no product/no bag and misplaced product detection for improved production rates and reduced film waste. Offering off-the-shelf PC technology, the system can be customized with various options including: label applicators, code daters, mechanical gusseting, hole punch, and more, as well as a variety of automatic feed systems.

The Carrera 1000 PC can reach speeds to 200 packs per minute, depending on package size. The maximum pack size is 10-in. wide x 5-in. high x 20-in. long.
