HL8000 High Speed Palletizer

Columbia Machine announces the new HL8000 high speed palletizer. The latest design from Columbia is ideal for beverage and thin cardboard or shrink wrapped cases where gentle handling and high volumes are required. With its heavy duty design and roller system, gentle handling without pusher bars, turning pin shoes or wheels, the machine will palletize product at speeds beyond 100 cases per minute. The servomotor turning system eliminates wear parts and provides easy access for product cleaning. A multi-lane flow divider carefully arranges cases into pattern configurations without the impact of pusher bars or stop gates and the HL8000 design is easy to maintain with convenient access panels for service.
