Rapid, reliable carton setup, product inserting and closing are the result of a strategic interaction between the rotary carton feed, opposing vacuum pre-breaking system and a mechanical placement system that "squares" cartons prior to placement onto a positive transport system. By eliminating direct contact between the carton and machine, the unit is able to preserve scuff- and scratch-free packaging integrity.
