JGS-1043
Vacuumless Modified Atmosphere Technology vial purging system proved to be an effective replacement for a Gas Tunnel. JGS-1043 was designed to deliver less than 1% headspace oxygen. In some installations the average oxygen level was less than 0.6% at all tested speeds from 1 to 300 vials per minute.Low gas and power consumption make JGS-1043 system an unbeatable value for new and already existing installations of vial filling and capping.
Feautures:
- Control system includes sophisticated logic that checks for all operational conditions such as incoming pressure and flow monitoring with auto shut-off in case of HEPA filters clogging. Every shut-off generates a message on the touchscreen telling exactly why system stopped and what to do to fix the problem. Buzzer alerts the operator of the problem.
- All supplied flow switches are adjustable. User can set them up to exactly the flow required for the product.
- Easy-See-Through window allows for flow monitoring without opening an enclosure.
- High visibility light indicators show system condition.
- System is designed to work in conjunction with line PLC (programmable logical controller) for automatic start / stop sequence which guarantees only good product gets into the capper.
- Touchscreen is a convenient way to operate, check and configure the system. With English language menus and prompts configuring system is a snap. All configuration is saved as one of five recipes, which allows to load a custom setup for different products.
- Despite a small size there is available room for expansion. System can be configured to accept up to 10 flow switches -- twice of standard five. Second expansion gassing manifold can be added later if needed.
