Hand Held Direct Heat Sealer
All that is required to make a seal is to clamp the lip extensions of the clamshell between the sealer's heater elements. Hold for two to three seconds on the high heat setting until the plastic around the element's edge softens. Normally a seal would be made on both sides of the triangular shaped hanger hole to insure package integrity.
The heat sealer works on 110 volts and draws 14.5 watts of current. Since it provides an inexpensive alternative to the traditional clamshell sealing methods of ultrasonic or radio frequency, it is an ideal companion product to the company's stock clamshell program.
The sealer is guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery against electrical or mechanical defects.
