Greif Bros. Completes Formation of CorrChoice

Greif Bros. Corp. and RDJ Holdings have completed the previously announced formation of CorrChoice, a joint venture that will be headquartered in Massillon, OH. CorrChoice will initially have six sheet feeder plants with an additional sheet feeder operation, Heritage Packaging Corp., to be opened soon in the Atlanta area. The 1997 combined corrugated sheet sales of the facilities were $217 million.

CorrChoice's chairman, president and CEO will be Geoffrey A. Jollay, and R. Dean Jollay, Jr. will be vice chairman and CFO. Chairman Geoffrey A. Jollay said that the merger of the two companies, Ohio Packaging and Michigan Packaging, is a natural because of the past relationship the companies have enjoyed.

Greif Bros. Corp. manufactures and markets a broad variety of industrial packaging and components including steel drums, fiber drums, plastic drums and multiwall bags.
