- Denesting - Screw type or custom-engineered method. Optional automatic loaders for cups, lid, and overcaps. No-cup and double-cup sensors
- Filling - Advanced CIP/SIP systems. Multiple or layered fills. Optional microprocessor-controlled fillers as well as third party fillers. Multi-product fillers accommodate butter, margarine and half-fat spreads.
- Controls - Touch-screen controls with easy-to-read menus. Changing filling profiles can be done at the touch of a button.
- Lidding and sealing - Pre-cut, rollstock or daisy-chain lidding systems. Heat seal stations are adjustable for time, temperature and pressure.
- Overcapping - Pick-and-place or McKenna overcapping technologies.
- Outfeed - Wide variety of outfeed options available. Easy integration with end packaging equipment.
