Food Grade Container System

Pallecon IBCS are returnable, collapsible and infinitely reuseable bag-in-box containers. They offer users the benefits of potentially lower bulk shipping costs and packaging source reduction. The containers consist of plated metal frames fitted with tough food grade plastic panels that lock securely together on industry standard metal pallets. Eliminating timber, corrugated and other fiber packaging in food processing areas, they totally isolate the product in protective hygienic liners to ensure product integrity and maximum protection throughout the complete handling, transportation and discharge cycle.

Easily assembled by one person, the containers can hold 18 to 45 cubic feet of dry or 132 to 330 gallons of liquid products. They can be safely shipped two high and can be safely stacked five high in storage indoors or outside. A five high stack of containers can store over 10 tons of dry product or 1,650 gallons of liquid.

They are easily dismantled and packed five units to one when empty for return shipment. This makes the containers more efficient and cost effective in storage and return transportation than noncollapsible returnable IBCs.
