Flush-Fill Filling System

This revolutionary system permits filling of containers with product with one filling module, and flush cleaning of a contaminated module in another location.

This is achieved by utilizing transportable, interchangeable filling modules that can be replaced in less that five minutes. The filling machine incorporates several different interchangeable filling modules, each module is complete with product inlet manifold, flow control proportional valves, filling heads and head height adjustment mechanism. The entire module is transportable on wheels. Any number of filling modules can be used either sub-surface of top-fill.
