Exact-a-Pack

The Exact-a-Pack multi-lane vertical form-fill-seal machine from Mateer Burt offers the widest range of pouch sizes and fill volumes available, using a single vertical form/fill/seal machine frame.

The Exact-a-Pack is capable of producing as many as 1000 four-side seal pouches each minute, producing up to 12 pouches per cycle. The unit uses liquid pumps, auger fillers, or volumetric cup fillers to package liquid or dry products. The Exact-a-Pack vffs machine can produce shaped "profile" pouches, pouches with peelable seals, pouches with front and rear registration from two separate film rolls, as well as traditional multi-compartment pouches, and "burst" multi-compartment pouches with internal rupture seals and external welded seals.

Precise control of time, temperature and pressure assure seal integrity. Profiled control of product entry into the pouch keeps product out of the top seal while increasing the filling speed.

This synchronized motion control provides easy setup and optimal production conditions. All machine functions are controlled from a touchscreen interface panel using intuitive windows based software.

The Exact-a-Pack's clean design meets USDA meat and poultry criteria and pressure washdown practices. Machines built to USDA Dairy 3A criteria are also available.
