MA10/3 - electronic display
As standard the MA10/3 electronic indicator is used for the display of angles, distance and speed. The indicator is field programmable for specific applications via a microcontroller and keys on the front panel. The application specific programming feature enables the user to maintain a simple inventory of incremental encoders and indicators.

The "Incremental" model of this indicator has a built-in current value memory as standard which saves the last value present prior to the equipment being switched off. When the indicator is switched on again, this value is displayed. Nevertheless it is recommended, as is usual for all incremental measurement systems, to perform a reference check or zero on switching on the system.

Data can be bi-directionally exchanged via a RS232/RS485 serial interface (e.g. for central process monitoring). Instead of an interface, a version with switched outputs can also be supplied (e.g. for threshold monitoring).

MA47 - electronic display
In its standard form the MA47 electronic indicator is used to display angles and distance. The display can be programmed by the user to suit specific applications via a microcontroller and a few keys on the front panel. As standard, the display has a built-in current value memory which saves the last value displayed prior to the equipment being shut off. When the indicator is switched on again, this value is displayed. Nevertheless it is recommended, as is usual for all incremental systems, to perform a reference check or a zero upon switching on the system.
