Effervescent-Pak

Effervescent-Pak provides durable rigid packages with built-in moisture protection, which eliminates costs associated with inserting loose desiccant tablets and packets into packaging. Packaging can be designed to meet customer specifications, adding profitability by replacing heat-sealed foil pouches commonly used to package effervescent tablets. Desiccants are incorporated into closures or sandwiched between the walls of specially designed injection-molded rigid packaging. By rapidly and thoroughly adsorbing ambient moisture within containers, shelf life is extended and product integrity is ensured.

Hidden desiccants eliminate such concerns as customer confusion, mistaken usage, or accidental ingestion. Packaging workflow is also streamlined because the process of inserting desiccants into bottles or packaging is eliminated. Different packaging shapes and 4-color graphics are possible.
