Economical Strapping Solutions with the D-2400

The new D-2400 high-speed bottom-seal strapping machine is capable of strapping up to 50 cycles per minute, depending on the package size. What differentiates the D-2400 from the competition is its newly designed and patented ejector finger which allows for any size package to be strapped at low to no tension settings without jamming up the sealing head due to unreleased strap. It is the ideal strapping machine for an inexperienced operators due to its easy automatic strap feeding, in which no threading is required, and maintenance free operation. It is equipped with an auto bundle sensor device that senses package height and adjusts the tension to within the appropriate range. The D2400 is capable of accepting 5mm, 6mm, ¼", or 3/8" strapping material without the need of any additional parts, can be conveniently adjusted to run on 110V or 220V single-phase power, and offers the ability for it's user to program it in up to eight different languages.
