Economical Hot Stamp Imprinter Provides Vision System Quality Prints

The RS-1100 hot stamp imprinting system is now available from Norwood. The RS-1100 imprints up to 400 messages per minute within a 1" x 1" area, which is ideal for imprinting changing information such as lot numbers, production codes, expiration dates and more. The unit's compact, sturdy design allows easy installation in small area locations on a wide variety of packaging and labeling machines. Precise ribbon tracking and our new innovative typeholder design with grip-rod strip, provide sharp imprints for today's vision systems at a very economical cost.

The model RS-1100 imprinting system offers the optional universal controller. Features provided in the microprocessor-based control box include: end of ribbon indicator to ensure all packages have a code, temperature control to ensure no package degradation, accessible front panel keys for easy adjustment of imprinter functions and a versatile easy-to-read digital monitoring lcd display.
