The Multi-Labeler is a high-speed EAS applicator that applies Checkpoint's Impulse tags at a rate of 700 products per minute. The labeler has been customized with a 52-in. long snorkel to extend the vacuum grid assembly over the conveyor line to reach the product.

The tags are converted four across on the web and are dispensed onto individual vacuum grid assemblies. As products travel beneath the grids, the tags are blown sequentially until all four are applied. The web is then advanced and the next set of tags is readied for labeling.
