This line of automated dispensing systems includes PD-2000 pouch dispenser, PPS-250 packet placer and FFS-4010 fan folder. These systems are designed to put a pouched product into a secondary packaging stage without adding the cost of hand loading operations. Left in an uncut continuous web at the form-fill-seal machine, the product web is placed into a tote or container in an orderly manner so that the pouches may be pulled out without tangling. The tote is then moved onto the packaging line where the web is threaded into the pouch dispenser. The pouch dispenser then registers, cuts and dispenses each pouch in time with the cartoner.
