Discharge Stabilizer Unit

TRINE Labelling Systems's Discharge Stabilizer Unit enhances the high-speed performance of the 4500 Quick Change labeling machine. Upgrading an existing machine allows for labeling at higher line speed consistency resulting in increased throughput and operating efficiency.

The stabilizer offers the following benefits:

• Easily retrofitted to existing labeling machine without compromising any Quick Change capabilities.

• Works with existing change parts.

• Discharge Stabilizer guide rails are universal; they eliminate the need for changing or adjusting rails after product changes.

• Positively controls container at the time it is released from the vacuum drum.

• Increases bottle stability during speed changes - helps eliminate bouncing and falling bottles.

• Improves lap-seam adhesive bonding characteristics.
