Each sleeve features Safety-sleeve protection, holding a single compact disc and accompanying graphics. Univenture offers the customer options in poly, vinyl, paper, paperboard and tyvek.

POLYPROPYLENE OR VINYL?
Safety-sleeves constructed with traditional clear vinyl material are long wearing, durable, and inexpensive. The characteristics and look of vinyl give our Safety-sleeve products a higher perceived value than other comparable materials. Additionally, the thin profile of the Safety-sleeve requires one quarter of the space of a traditional jewelbox and is significantly less expensive to ship. Vinyl also offers unlimited flexibility in designing sleeves for specific customer requirements.
Polypropylene offers new possibilities in packaging and storing discs. Sleeves made from this material are forty percent lighter in weight than comparable sleeves which allows substantially lower shipping costs. Polypropylene has a wider temperature range and is resistant to chemical attack, making these sleeves long term archivable. Made of 100% polypropylene, they are curbside recyclable and completely acceptable for the packaging of compact discs in areas with stringent packaging laws such as the Green Dot Law in Europe.
