Deep Frozen Food Counter

This line is counting different sizes and shapes of deep-frozen products, in different counts, into cartons.

This counting line is especially designed for deep frozen food products. Completely made of stainless steel with a round shape frame structure makes this machine, a wash down version IP55.

Easy removal of all contact parts without tools.

The frozen products are coming directly from the freezer and are discharged into the hopper of the counter. The back side of this hopper can pneumatically be activated in order to re-orient the products in case of a line failure. Since the freezer cannot be stopped, the products are then guided into an accumulation bin.

The products are being counted and discharged into a carton filling conveyor system equipped with a vibration deviceton conveyor. The cartons are vibrated in order to make sure that all products are laying flat in the carton and that they are not sticking out of the carton.

This achieved up to 34 discharges per minute with 12 products and 24 discharges with 20 products. Of course the speed is related with the product count and size.
