Custom liquid to semi-viscous filler rotary volumetric filler

Custom designed, rotary volumetric filler arranged with 4 to 48 filling stations. The production capacity ranges from 50 to 750 containers per minute and is configurable for containers of any size. The machine supports either top or bottom fill automatic shutoff valves that produce a drip-less filling environment. All change parts are tool-less and quickset in nature.

Constructed from 304 and 316 stainless steel, the machine is extremely sanitary and durable. Numerous options include servo drive controllers and brush-less DC servomotors, touch screen panel interface, hot molten filling, explosion proof, split conveyor drives, etc.
