CTS Packaging, Inc.

Founded in 1946, CTS Packaging, Inc. was originally called Cincinnati Marking Tag. The company was located on Court Street in downtown Cincinnati, OH. During the 1960's, the company relocated to a larger facility on Reading Road in Cincinnati's Avondale district. This prompted the renaming of the company to Cincinnati Tag & Supply.

In 1984, its current owner purchased the company. Realizing the need for expansion to accommodate the growth, the company constructed a new, larger and modern facility in Covington, KY. At that time, the company name was changed to CTS Packaging to better reflect the objectives of our company and the markets served.

CTS has experienced many dramatic changes over its 54 year history… from simple laundry marking identification tags to an extensive line of paperboard products including packaging for the laundry and dry-cleaning industry, custom folding boxes, paperboard packaging for both retail and industrial applications. Additionally, we do a great deal of custom die cutting. The acquisition of our west coast foam converting operation in 1996 has enabled us to better serve the laundry/dry cleaning and apparel industries. In response to growing demands and increased sales, we have recently made several expansions to our Covington, KY, facility, which now totals 70,000 sq. ft.
