This system is designed to apply a top and bottom label to a product utilizing a 'split' conveyor

System Operation Overview:

This system is designed to apply a top and bottom label to a product utilizing a 'split' conveyor. As the product travels over a split in the conveyor a bottom label is merged onto the product. A top label can be applied up or down stream if needed.

Standard System Highlights:

10" wide x 8' long split conveyor equipped with our rugged Versalum side frames. - Custom transfer station with custom overhead mounting bracketry designed to drive and control product over split in conveyor while applying bottom label. - CTM Series 360 Merge and Air Blow Label Applicators equipped with stepper driven motors capable of dispensing labels up to 1200 inches per minute.
