Cast Polypropylene (CPP) Film has been known in the packaging field to be the more "elegant" brother of polyethylene film, with higher gloss, greater transparency and better heat resistance. In the stationery industry, CPP film has developed the reputation for being the cost effective alternative to PVC.

What is not widely known about CPP is its versatility. This film category is available in a variety of types and for multiple applications. CPP films are available with a polished or embossed surface, gloss or matte finish, stiff or flexible, clear or colored (semi-transparent or opaque), or in a combination thereof. It is widely used in the packaging industry for textiles, food and flowers; in the stationery industry for photo albums and page protectors, as a lamination layer (both as sealant and as a heat resistant layer), and in the pressure sensitive industry for adhesive coating, diaper closures and more.

Stationery

Polished - Clear, High Transparency, Homo/Copolymer. High or Low Slip.
Embossed - Clear ("Orange Peel"). High Transparency, Glossy or Matte Surface (Anti-Reflective).
Colored (Opaque or Transparent), Polished or Embossed (Diagonal Line, Frosty, Duotone).
Thickness Range: 60-1,500 microns.
Sheets Used As Flat Files, Stencils, Die Cut, Scored and Hot Stamped Articles.

Packaging

High Transparency, Stiff (Homopolymer) or Soft (CoPolymer). Solid or MicroPerforated. Flat or Centerfolded. Plain or Printed. Also available for Twist-Wrap or for Autoclavable Applications.
Textiles (Hosiery, Socks, Underwear, Shirts).
Food (Bread, Vegetables, Candies)
Floral Wraps (Sleeves & Sheets for Cut Flowers, Pots, Dried Flowers)
