The CP-922 fully automated, random carton-sealer reduces recycling time, delivering some of the industry's highest output levels, up to 900 cartons per hour. Its pressure-sensitive tape head with patented tab adjustments provides consistent, dependable seals on both top and bottom of the carton. Locking air cylinders and a random flap-folder take the place of an operator by centering and closing the carton. Special features like oil-less air cylinders and pop out tape heads, decrease down time for routine maintenance and change over. The automation process utilizes low tape warning lights and a self-centering indexer to ensure consistent seals on each carton.
