The Model 2139 Cornerwrap Applicator is capable of printing and applying two adjacent corner labels (each 3in. wide x 5.8in. feed) on the trailing corner of a moving pallet utilizing only one applicator.
The Model 2139 Cornerwrap Applicator is capable of printing and applying two adjacent corner labels (each 3in. wide x 5.8in. feed) on the trailing corner of a moving pallet utilizing only one applicator. System features include a stepper motor driven 8in. wide vacuum drum integrated with a Zebra 170Xi printer. Two labels are dispensed onto the drum which remains at the printer until the pallet activates the product sensor, this energizes the swing arm cylinder moving the drum into contact with the pallet sidewall at the desired location.
The drum applies the first label onto the side of the pallet then continues to follow the surface of the cartons around the corner and applies the second label onto the trailing end of the pallet.
